In the year 2003, Jagdish Thakkar retired as a Partner of Simco Food Products, Ahmedabad & diverted his total concentration for Mfg & Mktg of his own products - i.e. MICHI's confectionery through other contract manufacturing unit baset at Chhatral. (N.G) & introduced various type of confectionery viz. Toffees, Candles, Lolly Pops, Pillow packs, Eclairs etc. in the market.
In the year - 2005, Ritesh Thakkar visualized a very high thinking of amalgamation of all mfg units and centralized their business activities & with co support of Jagdish Thakkar, a new joint venture in the name of "JRJ FOODS PVT LTD" was incorporated in April 2005. Company's own land & building was occupied in GIDC Estate Chhatral (N.G) and commercial production activities were started in July 2005 with well equipped plant & machineries.
Beside this, in order to maintain GMP standard as well as quality of group products as per PFA Act, highly qualified & well experienced Food Technologist was engaged & well equipped analytical laboratory was also established in factory premises.
In the year 2006, M/s. PARLE PRODUCTS PVT LTD - Mumbai offered a challenging opportunity of manufacturing "Parle Products" under CMU arrangements. Ritesh Thakkar accepted the challenge & once again entered into manufacturing setup of unit according to the requirement of PPPL Mumbai & after the installation of Modern plant and machineries, manufacturing activity of Parle Products was started in March 2006 and in a short span of 3 months the unit could achieve Best Quality award from PPPL - Mumbai.
At present under averall control & guidance of Jagdish Thakkar as well as advance management of Ritesh Thakkar our group products are manufactured/marketed all over in india.
